COVID Safety Protocols


As CAHF continues to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols, for your safety and the safety of your residents, we are requiring that all conference attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and attest that they are symptom free.   

If you are fully vaccinated or will be by Oct. 31, 2021, you will need to upload your proof of vaccination document prior to November 11 to attend the Annual Convention & Expo. There will be no exceptions, exemptions or substitutions.   

Fully vaccinated means 14 days have passed since your final shot.   

To complete the registration process, registrants will need to read and acknowledge the COVID waiver. You can then upload your personal vaccine information HERE (this link will also be provided for your convenience via email after you acknowledge the COVID waiver).  

After your vaccination documentation has been verified, you will receive an approval email from our vendor Safe Expo.   

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days from the time you uploaded your information, you may return to the SafeExpo portal and re-enter the email address you originally used, and your confirmation will appear if you have been approved. You may also want to check your spam folder for the approval.  

Masks will be required at all indoor events, but optional outdoors.
