Getting your CEs from CAHF 2022 Summer Conference
Continuing Education
In order to receive your CE credits for the sessions you attend, you must complete the attestation of attendance first and then an online session evaluation. Visit www.cahf.org and log into your Member Dashboard. Follow the instructions to complete the attestation and evaluate the sessions you attended. Then, download and/or print your certificates. Attestations and evaluations will be available once a session has ended. Attestations and evaluations must be completed by August 22, 2022.
Please see below for instructions on how to receive your CE credits for the sessions you attend.
Step 1: Accessing your Member Dashboard:
Quizzes, Evaluations and CE Certificates are all located on your Membership Dashboard.
· Your username is the email address provided upon registration
· Click on your name, which appears in the upper right-hand corner next to the login button
Step 2: Attestation of Attendance Instructions:
In your member dashboard:
· Scroll down to “Events” click on “QCHF Learning Center”
· Choose the session and click begin course.
· After you complete the attestation, return to your member dashboard to fill out the evaluation form (see below)
Step 3: Instruction for obtaining your CE certificate:
In your member dashboard:
· Under “Evaluations and Certificates” click on “Training Evaluation”
· Find the evaluation that corresponds to the completed session
· Go back to “Evaluations and Certificates”
· Click on “Credits Earned Transcript” and print your CE certificate
