ATTENDEES

As a Summer Conference virtual attendee, you’re automatically included in our Summer Sync-Up appointment system! 


What is this Summer Sync-Up you ask? It’s a way for you to meet one-on-one with select suppliers based on your needs. It's super easy! Appointment times will be available from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm starting July 13 – 15 (does not conflict with any educational sessions). 


· On July 6, you will receive an email with a unique login & password to access the appointment platform and manage your profile


· Request appointments prior to the conference using a supplier list filtered by product and/or service area of interest


· Conduct efficient 10-minute meetings via an appointment platform that utilizes Zoom


· View in real-time any incoming meeting requests from suppliers with the ability to accept or decline those requests. Accept as many appointment requests as you can. Not only is this a great way to support our suppliers, but you never know when you may be making a valuable connection.


· View in real-time all outgoing meeting requests and status of each (pending/accepted/denied)


· Quickly connect to accepted meeting(s) via button within appointment schedule

· Best viewed on a laptop, desktop or tablet. If viewed on a mobile device, rotate to landscape mode.

SUPPLIERS

To participate (must be a CAHF Associate Member), please contact Sherry Hall at shall@cahf.org or call (916) 432-5211. Fee to participate is $540.


Reach out to ALL conference attendees, including the CAHF Executive Committee, CAHF Board of Directors, committee members, various nursing home administrators, owner/operators, DONs and special invitees.
