For the best viewing experience and to ensure full participation in this event, we recommend the following:

Update your internet browser so you are using the most current version*

     *The event platform will work best when using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox 

Be sure your network and security policies allow for downloading of applications such as Zoom, Webex, Google Chrome, etc. prior to the event start date. Certain special events will be utilizing Zoom.

Ensure that any firewalls or security protocols allow chat functionality and video streaming. Video will be streaming from YouTube, Vimeo and possibly other sources.

Make sure your internet connection can reliably stream HD videos. It is recommended that internet speeds meet or exceed 4mbps download and upload speed (minimum 800 kbps). Check your speed at fast.com or speedtest.net. 

Optimize your internet by disconnecting other streaming devices

If using Windows 7 or any other unsupported version of a Windows, Mac or Linux operating system, you may experience difficulty in viewing and/or listening to the event.

If having audio problems, refresh your browser. If that does not work, restart your device.
