What's Happening in Our Chapter
May 15 – Dual Eligible Demonstration Project/CCI with David Nolan, Alameda Alliance and CAHF member CHI Partners, and Susie Mix, CEO of CAHF member Mix Solutions.

Doors open at 5 p.m., meetings begin at 5:30 p.m., at Scott’s Seafood Restaurant (see below.) Cost for dinner presentation is $45 in advance, $50 at the door. RSVP to Matt Yarwood, myarwood19@yahoo.com.

Thursday, May 30 – Game Day ’13 – San Francisco Giants vs. Oakland Athletics – at AT&T Park, a combined event of the CAHF East Bay and Golden Gate chapters in support of CAHFPAF. Online flier has event details and sponsorship opportunities.

Directions
From San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley:
Take Interstate 580 east to Highway 24. The Walnut Creek exit, at the 680/24 interchange, puts you on Mt. Diablo Boulevard. The third light is Bonanza Street. Turn left at Bonanza Street.

From San Jose, Livermore, San Ramon:
Take Interstate 680 north to Walnut Creek. Exit on Ygnacio Valley, right to California Boulevard. Right on Bonanza Street.

From Vallejo, Benicia, Martinez, Concord:
Take Interstate 680 south to Walnut Creek. Exit Main Street, follow south to California Boulevard. Right at Bonanza Street.
